Out To Lunch
A scaled-down version of a classic trick. The viewer sees a legummed pack of paper with the image of a boy walking up a rope.
After the viewer signs the basket shown in the picture, they receive the card face down from the package.
After turning the card over, the boy disappears from the rope so does the picture as well. The signed card can be kept by the viewer. The Out-to-Lunch Principle gets its name from a trick devised and marketed by Clare Cummings and Bob Ellis in the mid-1940s.
