The Card Turned Over
An old magician’s trick in which the magician shows you a hand of cards sandwiched between two sheets of glass. He draws a card from a deck of 12 cards, which are the same as the cards between the glass sheets. The spectator is asked to look at the selected card. The magician will now do an interesting thing by covering the glass sheet with a cloth and when the cloth is pulled down only the card chosen by the spectator will turn up under the glass sheet.
